November 2019 Release of Brokerage Engine
New Reports, Rental Support, Integrations and more!
We here at Brokerage Engine take your feedback to heart and so often, the features we introduce are a product of suggestions from our users. This month, the Brokerage Engine team is proud to announce a few long-requested improvements to our system – along with a handful of tools that we think will be a massive benefit to clients.
The tools you love. Right at your fingertips.
Our growing list of integration partners just got a little bigger this last month. For clients in the Sotheby’s International Realty network – we debut SSO for Cloze and ActivePipe – two of the companies that Brokerage Engine was recently featured alongside in the SIR Agent Playbook. For Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate affiliates, you now can sign into The Greenhouse directly from Brokerage Engine.
Greater control of your listings.
For clients who opt to use Brokerage Engine’s direct feed to Zillow Group – we understand that there’s sometimes the need to exclude them from your online marketing efforts. Now you have that option!
Leases…Finally!
After several months of building and a lot of coffee – Brokerage Engine now supports transmitting residential lease listings to DASH.
Actionable insights made clearer.
It’s never enough to just launch software at your company and hope that people use it. Sometimes you might get feedback from staff or agents – but how do you know what adoption is? Our new System Usage report allows brokers to see exactly which agents, staff and offices are utilizing Brokerage Engine to its fullest. Ask a Brokerage Engine account manager to have this activated on your account, today!
Additional Enhancements.
- Listing Milestones: Agents now have the ability to add their own marketing efforts to seller reports. Simply visit your listing >> Manage Tasks >> Add Task >> Select Listing Milestone as a category >> Save. Done!
- Upload Video to DASH [SIR only]: Through our new integration with Brightcove, users can now upload full motion video to DASH – right from the Brokerage Engine media library.
- Agent Exit Project: Whenever you need to terminate an agent in the brokerage, ensure that no task slips through the cracks. Once an agent has been deactivated in Brokerage Engine – you now have the ability to trigger a template of tasks [Projects feature] and have them assigned automatically to the right department.
- MLS Update History Report: For clients who have MLS integration with Brokerage Engine, you may now view all listing additions or updates made by MLS in one streamlined report. See it for yourself from Insight >> RETS Update History.
