As Santa’s workshop kicks it into high gear so, too, have our engineers been working on some great gifts 🎅🏻 In the spirit of Christmas, we are delighted to share these new developments on Brokerage Engine. Some are feature-focused, while others are designed to help you and your team more effectively use the system. Brokerage Engine Documentation

Want to become an expert on Brokerage Engine? We now provide access to an ever-growing library of documentation, descriptions, and tutorials – available right from your dashboard. Just go to your profile dropdown and you’ll now see “Documentation” listed.

CDAs and Agent Breakdowns Availability*

For users without permissions to access to the Commissions module, such as sales managers or document compliance staff, we have now added a button to Transactions called “Agent Breakdown”. As an Admin user, navigate to a Pending or Closed transaction in your white-label instance of Brokerage Engine and try it out!

Data Exports*

Raise your hand if you’re a report junkie 🙋‍♂️ If so, then you’ll love the new data export feature! Currently covering Transactions and Tasks, the new Data Export tool allows users to bulk export, with the fields and format they prefer, to run your own pivot and summary reports.

Design Vault SSO Integration

If you’re excited as we are for Sotheby’s International Realty’s new Design Vault 2.0, then you’re in luck – we now support Single Sign On through the Apps & Tools Panel. Start designing agency quality marketing campaigns yourself in just a click.

Document Quick Approve Button

For users who enjoy reviewing documents in full screen mode, they now have the ability to quick approve documents from that very same screen.

Upload 15-Second Property Clip with Brightcove

As an enhancement to Brokerage Engine’s existing Brightcove integration, when users now go to upload a video, they are prompted to chose if it is a 15-second video clip.

Transaction Management Enhancements

With our release, earlier this month, of Transaction Management – we’ve received some great feedback from customers. One request was to add a new trigger, “Until Days After Contract Date”. Tasks will now trigger x-days after the date a transaction goes under contract. Check out an example here!

Task Information Widget

When taking action on a task, users will now see a new widget called “Task Information” which provides additional insight details of that task.
